Description
• Directly coordinate and connect with clients
• Participate in developing client relationships through proactive follow up on issues raised by clients.
• Maintain relationships by ensuring relevant product information is shared with clients
• Provide client feedback to the Coverage, Product Management, Research, and Production groups.
• Provides support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth client system capabilities
• With experience in account management, sales, or customer service experience in BPO set-up
• Experienced in managing large/multiple accounts
• Excellent Communications Skill
• Excellent Stakeholder/Client management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft applications and A-Plus skills
